This Privacy Policy explains how Red Sea Trading Co. LLC ("RSTC," "we," "us" and "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information. It applies to our website at https://www.redseatrading.company/, our consulting services, our invoices and checkout pages, and our Gov Lead Feed software. Please read it with our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect
2.1. Contact information. Your name, job title, business name, email address, phone number and mailing address.
2.2. Business information. The information we need to deliver our services. This includes:
- Your Employer Identification Number (EIN).
- Formation documents.
- Licenses and certifications.
- Insurance and bonding details.
- Past performance, such as past jobs, their size and references.
- The details needed for your SAM.gov registration, such as your legal business name, physical address, banking details for government payments, points of contact, NAICS codes and representations and certifications.
2.3. Payment information. Stripe processes our payments. When you pay, you give your card or bank details to Stripe, not to us. RSTC never stores full card or bank account numbers. We receive limited details from Stripe, such as your name, the amount paid, the payment method type, the last four digits of your card and the payment status. If you finance through Klarna, Klarna collects the information it needs under its own privacy policy.
2.4. Website data. When you visit our website, our servers keep basic logs: your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. We use these logs only for security and to operate the site. We do not use analytics tools (see Section 6).
2.5. Gov Lead Feed account and usage data. If you use the Gov Lead Feed, we collect your login details, account settings, your trade and service area, the opportunities you view or save, and how you use the software.
2.6. Communications. Emails, messages, call notes and meeting notes when you contact us or work with us.
We collect this information from you directly, from your use of our website and software, from our payment processors, and from public sources such as SAM.gov and other government contracting databases.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Deliver our services, including registrations, eligibility reviews, capability statements, price sheets and bids.
- Prepare and file SAM.gov registrations and other submissions on your behalf, with your approval.
- Send invoices and process payments.
- Provide support and answer your questions.
- Run, secure and improve our website, services and the Gov Lead Feed.

- Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We may send you occasional updates about our services. You can opt out at any time (see Section 9).
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as described here.
- Payment processors. With Stripe to process payments, and with Klarna if you choose Klarna financing. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.
- Government systems. With SAM.gov and other government systems and agencies, as part of the service, when we file or submit something on your behalf.
- Service providers. With companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, cloud storage, CRM and other software providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Teaming partners. With a teaming partner only with your consent.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients or others.
- Business transfers. If RSTC is part of a merger, sale or reorganization, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
5. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies that are needed for the site to work. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and for our legitimate business purposes. We also keep records as required for legal, tax, accounting and dispute purposes. We keep records for 7 years after the engagement ends, unless the law requires otherwise. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include access controls and secure, reputable service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your own passwords and SAM.gov login credentials safe.
9. Your Choices and Rights
9.1. You can ask us to:
- Give you access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your personal information.
To make a request, email office@redseatrading.company. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9.2. We may keep some information after a deletion request where the law requires it, or where we need it for tax, accounting, security or dispute purposes. Deleting information from our records does not remove information already filed with SAM.gov or other government systems. You manage that information through those systems.
9.3. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us. We will still send service and billing messages.
10. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights over your personal information. These can include the right to know what we collect, to access, correct or delete it, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising. To use any rights that apply to you, email office@redseatrading.company. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
11. Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to Other Sites
Our website and materials may link to other sites, such as SAM.gov, Stripe and Klarna. We do not control those sites. Their own privacy policies apply.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to tell you, such as by email or a notice on our website.
